Ok, beginner here so please bare with me.
What strings are the best for slap bass, I have read up about slap bass and was going to try learning it, but I am not sure if you need special strings or not.

It might be a stupid question, my bass strings will probably sound ok, but if you can get better sounds with different strings then it would be good to know.
